Many Happy Returns for Generations Limited (“MHR”) sells its products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out below and provides access to its web-site as set out below.

By using the www.manyhappyreturns.org website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1. Order and sale

When you place an order to purchase a product from www.manyhappyreturns.org by cheque, we will send you an invoice which confirms details of your order. On  receipt of the invoice you must then send us a cheque for the payment due in respect of thr order.  Cheques should be made payable to “MHR” and sent to 51 Fitzjames Avenue London W14 0RR. 

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us. Your order will be despatched on the day after the cheque has cleared and will be accompanied by an acknowledgment. 

If you order via PayPal you will receive a email receipt from them once your payment has been accepted. This will trigger the packing and despatch of your order from MHR. 

All products will be despatched to you by post unless otherwise agreed. The charge for second class postage and packing is £3.50 for one box and will be added to the cost of the product. Where more than 2 boxes are ordered we will contact you regarding the postage cost at the time we confirm receipt of your order and we may agree to arrange delivery of the products to you by alternative means.  Unless we otherwise agree with you beforehand, orders will only be accepted for despatch to an address within the United Kingdom.

1.2. Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition so as to arrive at 51 Fitzjames Avenue London W14 0RR within 10 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund by cheque for the price you paid for the item once we have received the relevant goods. We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 10 days unless they are faulty.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1.3. Availability

Occasionally, for example when there are unexpected levels of demand, a product may be out of stock. We will try our best to inform you when a product is not available and when we expect it back in stock. If you have ordered a product which is out of stock, we will inform you of this. If you do have any queries and feel the need to speak to someone, please call us on 020 7603 2786.

Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed despatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

1.4 Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all notices and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

1.5. Losses

We will not be responsible for any loss (including without limitation loss of profits or any other indirect or consequential loss) that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you placed an order with us or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. MHR and www.manyhappyreturns.org do not limit in any way their liability by law for death or personal injury caused from their negligence or breach of duty or caused by its or their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

2. The web-site

You may not download (other than page caching) or modify the website, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MHR and you may not make commercial use of this website or its contents or download or copy information for the benefit of a third party.

You may not use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images or text) of www.manyhappyreturns.org without MHR’s express written consent.

3. Trademark and copyright and other rights

MANY HAPPY RETURNS is a registered trademark of Sarah Reed in the European Union, USA, Canada and/or other jurisdictions. www.manyhappyreturns.org graphics  logos and other get-up are the trademarks or trade dress of MHR. MHR's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product that is not MHR.

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of MHR or www.manyhappyreturns.org, or its content suppliers and is protected by English and international copyright, authors rights and database rights laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of MHR or www.manyhappyreturns.org and is protected by English and international copyright and database right laws. All software used on this website is the property of MHR or www.manyhappyreturns.org or its software suppliers and is protected by English and international copyright and authors rights laws.

4. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

6. Events beyond our control

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England
