Smoothly integrate with any return portal or browser-compatible point of sale (POS) for a simple, straightforward setup. All shipping supplies are provided, and we’ll coordinate pick-up from your stores.

Shoppers may start their return online or in store

Shoppers may start their return online, they are given a list of nearby locations, along with hours of operation and a promotion if offered. Alternatively, they can go directly to your store and start their return with help from your store associate.

Returned items are verified to help deter return fraud

Every item in the return is scanned and verified, ensuring the correct items and number of items are present. For items without barcodes, associates verify the item using our patent-pending image matching process.

Items can be routed to destinations by brand or SKU

Returned items are sealed into a labeled bag, which can be tracked as they travel to their final destination — be it another store, directly to your warehouse, or through our Return Hubs for efficiency cost savings.

Refunds and exchanges are initiated instantly

As soon as the return is approved, the shopper’s refund or exchange is initiated, and they receive an email confirmation. This significantly reduces 'Where is my refund?' call volume.

Plus, you can offer an optional coupon for shoppers to use while in store.
