After starting their return online, shoppers bring their items to a Return Bar® location of their choice, without needing to package or print anything.

Returned items are scanned and verified to help reduce fraud
Every item in the return is scanned and verified using our patent-pending process, ensuring the correct items and number of items are present. Returned items are sealed into a labeled bag, which is tracked as it travels back to the retailer.

Refunds and exchanges are initiated instantly
As soon as the return is approved, the shopper's refund or exchange is initiated, and they receive an email confirmation. This reduces 'Where is my refund?' calls.

Returns are consolidated and shipped together, reducing costs
Returns from all retailers are consolidated and shipped together to the closest regional Return Hub.

Bulk shipments leave our warehouse with advanced notice
When returns arrive to our regional Hubs, they are sorted by retailer, boxed, palletized, and shipped in bulk with advanced shipping notice to the retailer.
