Shoppers start their return or exchange online

They begin their return in our retailer-branded portal on your website, using their order number, email, or zip code.

They select their items and the reason for their return

Shoppers select the item they wish to return and the reason why they're returning it. Nested return reasons give retailers deeper insight into why the item is being sent back.

Shoppers choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund

Shoppers can exchange their items for another size or color, or they can opt for a refund in the form of store credit (with optional incentive bonus) or their original payment method.
